Enable gets AI into staff hands safely. AI Setup configures ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini business plans properly, with a usage policy and onboarding. Private AI and knowledge assistants cover sensitive work and answer from your own documents.

Each service has a set pricing model. AI Setup is a fixed fee with optional monthly admin, and website builds are a fixed fee. Private AI, AI Agents, AI Automation and Practice Reporting are a setup fee plus a monthly fee, App Development and Integrations & Custom Tools are quoted per job, and Run services are monthly tiers. Every price is quoted in writing after the free 45-minute discovery call, before any work starts.
No. We build on the systems you already use, including Xero Practice Manager, MYOB, Actionstep, LEAP, Clio and Microsoft 365. Where two systems need to talk to each other, our integrations service connects them. We confirm what is possible with your systems on the discovery call, before you commit to anything.
We recommend moving it onto a monthly Run service. Managed AI hosts and monitors agents, automations and private AI, and Website Care looks after your site. The team that built it keeps it running, so there is no handover to a vendor who has never seen your systems.
