Free AI policy templates for firms

These free AI policy templates for firms help Australian law, accounting and advisory practices set clear rules for AI use. The set is an AI acceptable-use policy, an AI vendor security checklist and a prompt library for accountants, each an editable Word document. Have your lawyer review any policy before you adopt it.

Each download asks for your name, firm and email. Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use and store those details. The knowledge base itself is never gated; our guide to what an AI acceptable-use policy must cover explains each clause of the policy template. For help rolling a policy out, AI Setup includes a usage policy and team onboarding.
